Swift Real Estate Productions LLC happened from the idea that selling real estate is a production. And not a small one either.

There are a lot of players involved in one single transaction with many variables. During the selling process, any single one variable can simply break a transaction while it should’ve been a sure thing. As a small business owner who loves efficiency and minimizing risks, Swift Real Estate Productions Founder Cindy Lin has a DREAM to make a company that helps real estate agents and sellers to increase efficiency, minimizes risks and removes the pains during a selling process. After all, anyone in real estate would agree that this business is about people and its impacts. If we are not changing lives and improving our clients’ quality of life, we are not doing our jobs properly.

Cindy recognizes the fact that a property is a consumer product (in fact, the largest one you will ever buy) that needs packaging and well rounded marketing support.

To do that, home staging is a key factor in making that happen. Staged4more Home Staging & Redesigns remains our core service. As we grow as a company, we will add on many more important services that assist our clients to sell their homes quicker and for more money.

Currently, here are our offerings:

  • Staged4more Home Staging & Redesigns: Located in San Francisco bay area, we offer 4 key services: Vacant Home Staging, Redesign Home Staging (for occupied homes during selling periods), DIY Staging (for do-it-yourself home sellers or agents who wish to do the labor themselves. We can also provide furnishing and accessories for rental) and Virtual Staging for budget strapped sellers.
  • EcoJoe: the Original Eco-Friendly St Joseph Statue Home Selling Kit. EcoJoe is the ONLY green St Joseph Statue product on the market that are created specifically for real estate purposes. St Joseph statue is a cherished tradition and a popular practice that serves as a good luck charm during the real estate selling process. We sell EcoJoe to both retail and wholesale customers. EcoJoe also serves as a great promotional gift.
  • Green Real Estate Trainings: We offer the Live Green Live Smart designation that serves as continue education for Home Appraisers and Real Estate Agent. Interested home owners can also take the course as a introduction to green living.
  • Web 2.0 & Social Media coaching: We will work with small business owners and agents who want to learn more about social media and how to use them effectively for business. Cindy speaks on this subject often for various networking groups in bay area. She authored the eStager course (it’s being offered through Certified Staging Professionals & Canadian Staging Professionals), an education course written for home stagers who wishes to learn technology basics they need for their home staging business.
    In her spare time, Cindy live-tweets for BizTechDay events, a TED like conference for small business owners who want to learn more about technology.   • reshopsf.com: an online shop dedicated to all things real estate. The site is set to launch in early 2010.
